Plan A involved building a single skin dividing wall down the centre of the room so that we could have a private En-suite with bath and Bathroom with shower. This layout was designed to deal with the dilemma during football season, of the boy's friends frequently being unable to access the WC because I'm bored stupid by the football and making use of the tub!

Introducing Plan B. An opulent symmetrical layout utilising the entire room with double vanity basin and (!) double shower facilities. I'm imagining stunning floor to ceiling draped curtains at either end of the shower that could be pulled to the side when it's not in use.
So, because the boy is now home for good (and that means things happen), we made a start today!

LOVE plan B! It is definitely very luxurious and a really great use of the space too :-)
oh I love the layout! Will be so very worth it to have one gorgeously enormous bathroom. Plus just think of the saving when you only have to buy one toilet!!!
wow! clever things - I think one enormous bathroom is lovely! And tell the boys to go pee out the back when the footy is on...like they'd care!
To be fair, the boy did suggest that as an alternative for his mates during our discussion!
Wow, brilliant Plan B! And I've got to say that I'm impressed with the speed at which things happen at Toxteth. You guys really mean business!! The polished floorboards look great too.
