I'm working on a nursery 'after' post. Trying to take nice photos has really made me realise how dark it is in this house, and how much I miss being able to flick a switch and have instantaneous light (though watching guests flapping at the wall where a switch would usually be is kind of funny). We're still running on floor lamps in most rooms with my all time favourite being the super high powered construction light rig on top of the fridge in the kitchen.

Aw, come on...lighting is all about ambience right? Can't see any issue with the fridge set up, myself. Must be quite some spectacle.
